“Pallotte Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. mild and egg” sautéed with tomato

for 2 people – difficulty: easy – preparation time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Stale bread crumb 75 g
Provolone Valpadana PDO mild 200 g
2 Eggs
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Tomato purée

PREPARATION

Finely chop the bread crumb and add it to the beaten eggs. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley. Add the grated mild Provolone Valpadana PDO. Form a homogeneous dough, then shape the patties.
Meanwhile, cook the tomato sauce in a pan with oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
Brown the pallotte in a pan with oil, then finish cooking in the tomato sauce for another five minutes.
Serve hot, enjoy your meal!
