Panada with beet tops and grated strong Provolone Valpadana P.D.O.

for 2 people – difficulty: very easy – preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

100 g Old bread crumb
Savoury meat or vegetable broth
150 g Fresh beet tops
Oil, garlic and 2 anchovy fillets
100 g Provolone Valpadana PDO strong

PREPARATION

Dunk the bread crumb for a few seconds in the hot broth and immediately place it on the bottom of a plate.
Quickly brown the beet tops together with oil, garlic and anchovy fillets. Put this on top of the wet bread.
Finish off with a generous grating of strong Provolone Valpadana PDO!

 

Chef’s tip: make a vegetable broth full of flavour: peppers, carrots, onions, dried tomatoes … go wild!
