Summer salad with strong Provolone Valpadana P.D.O., red tuna and watermelon

for 2 people – difficulty: easy – preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

50 g Watermelon
180 g Blast chilled red tuna
Yellow and red cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Provolone Valpadana PDO strong
Basil

PREPARATION

Cut the tuna into cubes and season it with oil and salt. Cut the strong Provolone Valpadana PDO and watermelon into cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and season them with oil, salt and basil.
Serve the salad by only mixing all the ingredients at the end. Finish with some fresh basil.

 

Chef’s tip: You can marinate the tuna thirty minutes beforehand with lemon juice, in order to cook its meat slightly!
